The short version

We only collect the information needed to run your account. We never sell your data, never use it for ads, and never share it with anyone outside of the people in your pool. That's the whole story.

1. What We Collect

When you sign up, we store:

Your email address and name — so you can log in and so other pool members know who you are
Your profile photo — only if you sign in with Google and it's already on your Google account
Pool activity — which pools you've created or joined, your payment status within a pool, and any ticket photos you upload
Push notification token — only if you tap "Allow" when the app asks for notification permission. You can revoke this any time in your device settings.

We do not collect payment card details, bank information, or any financial data. All money arrangements happen directly between pool members.

2. How We Use It

To run your account and let you participate in pools
To show your name and photo to other members of pools you join
To send you notifications about pool events (new draws, invites, results) — only if you've allowed notifications

We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, or any purpose beyond operating the app for you.

3. Where It's Stored

Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase — a cloud platform operated by Google LLC, hosted in the United States. Firebase uses industry-standard encryption and security practices. You can read about Google's data practices at firebase.google.com.

4. Who Can See Your Information

Your personal information is only shared in two situations:

Other pool members can see your name, profile photo, and payment status within pools you've joined — the same information you'd share with someone in a group chat
Google Firebase stores and processes the data as our infrastructure provider

We never sell, rent, or give your information to advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.

5. Keeping Your Data

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account any time from the Delete Account page — either using the in-app flow or by emailing us. Full details of what gets removed and what stays are on that page.

6. Kids Under 18

This app is for adults only (18+). We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a minor has created an account, please let us know and we'll remove it promptly.
